The Big Pan Crew

The Big Pan Man Ltd. was formed in 2009. The company’s mission is to transform street and events catering by introducing world cuisine to a culinary genre currently blighted by purveyors of greasy fast food.

Dedicated to providing locally sourced, world cuisine, freshly cooked at the venue, The Big Pan Man offers a choice of healthy and exciting alternative street foods from around the world. Dishes like Paella from Spain, Bramborak (potato pancakes) from the Czech Republic, Shish Kebabs and Imam Bayaldi (literally “The priest fainted”, a vegetable stew) from the Middle East and Chicken Satay & Peanut Sauce from Thailand. The possibilities are as delicious as the world is wide.

The Big Pan Man travels the world searching for new recipes. ‘Big Pan Portugal’ features a variety of dishes sourced from the city of Porto but as new countries and cuisines are explored, new pages will appear.
