The Big Pan Man is proud to announce that he has once again been selected for Ludlow Food & Drink Festival. 9-11 September 2011

You can find him outside the castle in the fringe festival Market. This year he will be cooking Bamya (an Egyptian beef & Okra stew), Imam Bayildi ( a Turkish aubergine dish) and Patatas Bravas ( a Spanish tapas dish). Both stews will be served with middle eastern bread.
