EXTREME CATERING

It was snowing, it was minus two degrees celsius but we kept on serving……

Be it a wedding, a garden party or a corporate do, The Big Pan Man can rise to the challenge of the most inhospitable venues. He has cooked curries in the middle of a wood, catered for 150 people in a field, and cooked an Indian feast for 100 people on a mountain in southern Spain. For The Big Pan Man, no location is too bizarre.

In June 2009 he cooked a Tex Mex feast in a meadow in Worcestershire, consisting of the following:

• Jailhouse beef chilli
• Pinto beans
• Tortilla wraps
• swordfish kebabs
• Guacamole
• Flambed’ fruit & creme anglais

All of the food was locally sourced (except the swordfish!) and cooked freshly on the day of the event.

Challenge The Big Pan Man, he’s up for it , and if you need some live music he can recommend some good-time cover bands. He’s even geared up to show movies outdoors (ideal if you’re trying to keep a gang of children quiet).
